TEAGANS TEA ROOM CAFE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT in NEWHALL, CA

Armel Design Group had the pleasure of redesigning the Clothing Store to the Teagans Tea Room Café, located in the historic Old Town Newhall of Santa Clarita. Our focus was to enhance this unique café while preserving its historical façade to blend seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. The interior introduced a stylish mix of traditional and modern elements, with bright colors and varied lighting to create an inviting atmosphere. Completed in 2024, this project complements our neighboring design for CUTZ Barber Shop & Beauty Salon, adding a fresh touch to this vibrant area.
