CUTZ BARBER SHOP / BEAUTY SALON TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN NEWHALL, CA

We recently completed a Tenant Improvement project for CUTZ Barber Shop & Beauty Salon, situated on Main Street in historic Old Town Newhall, Santa Clarita. The project focused on preserving the building’s historical exterior while modernizing the interior. We introduced a contemporary design with dark colors and varied lighting to create a sleek, modern atmosphere.

Finished in 2024, CUTZ complements the adjacent Teagans Tea Room Café, another Armel Design Group project, contributing to the vibrant character of this unique area.
