This project transformed an existing bungalow-style home into a sleek, modern residence. We added a new section and converted the old carport into a contemporary ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit).

The redesign embraced a modern architectural style with clean lines and geometric forms. Key updates include a horizontally oriented layout, high ceilings, and a flat roof, all of which contribute to a fresh, streamlined look. Large windows and sliding glass doors enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering stunning views and a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape.
