1-STORY SFD ADDITION AND REMODELING / NEW COVERED PATIO IN BURBANK, CA

Completed in 2023, this project involved renovating and expanding a single-story home, originally around 1,000 sq. ft., with an 800 sq. ft. addition that includes a new bedroom and master suite.

The redesign embraced a minimalist style, focusing on simplicity and essential qualities. The highlight of this project is a new detached covered patio, featuring an outdoor fireplace, designed in the same minimalist aesthetic.

Both the house and the patio showcase a modern look with clean lines and simple forms.
